Emily Marvin is the heart and soul behind The LaundroMutt. Growing up with terriers and schnauzers, Emily left her corporate career in 2020 to pursue a more fulfilling path.
After completing the PetSmart grooming program in Atlanta, she made her way to Asheville, and is now bringing her passion for dogs to life in her own charming farmhouse salon. Emily is Asheville's friendliest dog groomer: being a fear free certified professional and specializing in gentle methods means your dog has never been happier to need a bath!
Emily's motto is simple: "All dogs are friends."
Diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Emily understands the importance of mental health and communication- for all species! As a Fear-Free Certified groomer, she specializes in working with anxious dogs and tailors her gentle grooming practices to each friend’s needs.
She grooms in a one-on-one format and spends 2-3 hours with each dog (depending on services), building a strong bond to ensure a stress-free grooming experience.
